In this pan, cat litter needs to be put in. Then, when your cat uses the bathroom, it will be in the pan. There are parts of the cat toilet trainer that come out. Pieces of the trainer can be removed, as the cat gets used to the cat toilet trainer. The parts are removed from the middle out, until the kitty is no longer using the pan, instead he is using the toilet.
